The Property
It is a distinct pleasure to introduce you to 9 The Links, St Andrews.
Sitting snugly between Tom Morris golf shop and the St Rule’s Clubhouse, just a few feet from the hallowed turf of the Old Course, is the best property the world has ever known.Golf World Magazine
Overlooking the world famous Old Course in St Andrews, world-wide considered to be the “home of golf”. The three storey terrace house is remarkably positioned to overlook the 18th green of the historical course, but beyond that offers an expansive view to the first tee, the Royal and Ancient Golf Club clubhouse and the Fife and Angus coastlines beyond.
The home itself features grand and spacious living areas including a formal drawing room and designer kitchen as well as a private enclosed courtyard garden. There are five bedrooms and seven bathrooms in the bright and airy home. The fabric of the building has been upgraded including oak framed doors and windows and new lead work.
The Royal Box Of Golf
The master bedroom and balcony has been coined “The Royal Box of Golf” for its uninterrupted view of the Old Course.
I have stayed at 9 The Links for the Dunhill Links Championship for a number of years and the property always exceeds everything that I would wish for in a house and continues to do so each year I stay there. The location cannot be beaten, the service from the House Manager is always on the ball, from the cleaning to the concierge service that they offer.Shane Lowry: PGA Tour & European Tour Golfer
